Chalet Control is a private application for managing financial, programme and asset-control information for one family chalet.

It supports the owners’ management and review work. It is not a public guest service, booking platform or public subscription service. This website provides application information; it does not provide access to the private application.

Why Chalet Control uses Google Drive

The application’s Google integration, named Chalet Control Publisher, publishes generated management and audit workbooks. It creates versioned Google Sheets, checks their contents and structure, and verifies that an existing publication still matches the generated version.

Access uses only Google’s limited drive.file permission. The publisher operates on application-created files and does not request blanket access to unrelated Google Drive files.

Generated Sheets are management and audit mirrors. They are not the transactional financial authority, and edits made in Google Sheets are not written back into Chalet Control’s transactional records.
